My journey and commitment to exceptional baking all started in my home in 2020.  I am passionate about baking high-quality, organic sourdough bread and baked goods.  My small batch bakery is located in Middle Tennessee, where I use refined methods to create delicious and healthy products. I believe in using only the best ingredients and taking the time to craft each loaf with care.
